Good Ideas: Happy Holidays Christmas Tree!

3 more days to go and it's Christmas time! Well, it's been 3 years now since I left the archipelago of Juan and I haven't celebrated this special day with my family, sad! But the spirit of gift giving and merry making will always be here in my heart.

My friends are inviting me for a red and white party on xmas eve but I have plans so I may or may not squeeze some juices to be in two places at one night right.

If you love the holidays as much as we do you will be happy to hear we have a great alternative to the good old Christmas tree. This year imagine folding out your stylish eco-certified birch tree and decorating with wooden balls and hearts. Can be easily stored flat and reused year after year. No tools are needed.

As an added bonus the manufacturer will plant 1 new tree for every Small Christmas tree sold.

Now, that's what I called environmentally responsible company huh!

Can we wrap our gifts now, oohhh, I haven't finished buying gifts, grrrr!

Dimensions:

height (in the middle): 30 cm
flat package: 36 cm x 18,5 cm x 1,5 cm
for only 66 Euros (not cheap ei at matteriashop)

Good Ideas: The Bottle Cap Camera Tripod

Let's say you're out with friends having dinner or just having dessert in your favorite cafe and there's nobody, nobody but you guys to take your precious photos & there's no bulky tripod on hand. So what will you do?

You don't want to be left out right?

Or maybe you are in your nth time in Niagara Falls, Eiffel Tower, Merlion, Great Wall and Taj Majal or say the Rice Terraces without your tripod.Well, The Bottle Cap Tripod is your saviour.

It has a stretchy rubber socket that fits on top of pretty much any kind of bottle, and a standard-issue tripod screw on the other end that fits most any camera.

Need a tripod in a jiff? Grab the nearest soda or water bottle, stick on the Bottle Cap Tripod, and you're set! Self-portraits, group photos on self-timer, and steady low-light shots just became a whole lot easier!

Plus it's tiny, so unlike your 'real' tripod, you really can take it just about anywhere and store either in your sling and tote bags. Easy!

As of the moment, it is sold out from photojojo and will be available next year. So patience my brotha!

For just $ 10 + $ 5 shipping, not bad. Some great ideas huh!
