Sucderia Ferrari: A Luxury Phone From Acer

Acer’s latest entry in the smartphone category is a special edition fiery red Android-powered Ferrari-branded device.

The 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen is encased with Ferrari’s distinctive crimson red and branded with the distinctive “Scuderia Ferrari” shield.

Specifications are the same as Acer’s Liquid E device: a 768 MHz Snapdragon Processor, Android 2.1, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, WiFi, and GPS.

The handset will be available in August but no pricing information has been released.

Chase Crawford: Arrested For Marijuana Possession

Plano, Texas – June 4, 2010, 24-year-old Chase Crawford, star of the Gossip Girl has been arrested for possession of marijuana just after midnight this morning.

Police said that Crawford was released later, after immediately posted for bail at 12:34 a.m. in a 2003 two-door Nissan in the parking lot outside Ringo’s Pub. The said charged was a misdemeanor, but Crawford was still required for a mug shot. Based on reports, he was suspected of possessing less than two ounces of marijuana.

Crawford is the hunk who plays Nate Archibald in Gossip Girl and was also named as the “Hottest Bachelor” in 2009 by People Magazine. He will also be starring in the upcoming remake of the 1984 film “Footloose.”
