Off To Manila

Oh well, I'm flying again to one of Asia's favorite destination, Philippines... I'm speaking for myself, I LVoe Manila for its my home city, but nonetheless, the food makes me crave for more and the hustle and bustle of the city makes me miss this city!

Though there's nothing much to see in the city, I am still enchanted by its modern and traditional living!

I can't wait to eat, live and move!

Manile, Manila, Maynila!

Manila | 18 Hours

It's always fun to go to your happy place and I consider Manila as one of those cities in the world I can call home.

Etihad Airways fly to Manila 9 times per week, 18 hours layover, 31 and 48, most of the Filipino crew are dying to get the 48 hours, me too! But luckily I got one which is 18 hours only. Its quiet tiring but hey, its my hometown and I still want to go...

With almost 14 hours stay after we landed, and since I'm fasting I went directly to my favorite fast food chain, Wendy's, ordered Biggie Iced Tea, Spicy Friend Chicken and Biggie Fries and Frosty, I was full until Sohoor.

                                     ( My favorite un-healthy snacks )

In the morning, I just went to  Greenbelt and Landmark for some window shopping. But one cocky thing I did, I have myself pierced again!

( the very first patrons of Landmark that day )

     ( I chose YOU )

( Ate's very first customer )

It was fun because the weather was gloomy that I want to sleep the whole time, but I didn't, I would if I have to!

I got my new citizenship too! See...

                                             ( my new citizenship, I LVoe! )

And here's some photos on my way to my hotel room at MANDARIN ORIENTAL HOTEL.

                          ( My GLEE-k eyeglass from PRIMARK , for 1 pound )

  ( Jacket & Stripped Shirt-H&M, Eyeglass-Primark, Carrot Cut Jeans-Zara, Shoes-Primark, Belt-Louis Vuitton )

So I'm just crossing my fingers that when the next roster is published I will have back to back to back long layover Manila hehehe!

Bruno Mars | Live In Manila

I wish I'm in Manila now, Bruno Mars will have his concert in a few hours! Araneta Coliseum is now jam-packed.

I can still vividly remember when Boyzone, Backstreetboys! N'Sync and Westlife graced the Philiippine soil in the mid-90's. It was pure bliss!

Now is the new generation... Not my generation anymore but I still feel young at heart!

Good luck Bruno Mars!

Jeremy Scott | Swatch

Jeremy Scott is an American based designer who combines a keen awareness of fashion history with an ironic grasp of pop culture's excess. His talent for bringing avant-garde sensibilities and a pop aesthetic to both high fashion and streetwear enables Scott's designs to consistently succeed upon the catwalks as well as within the wider world. His unique designs have garnered him a wide-ranging fanbase from the world famous pop stars he dresses to his enthusiastic devotees who wear his clothes everyday, all of whom are in thrall to his iconoclastic approach to fashion.

And when I was in Greenbelt 5 in Manila, I was able to checked the three watches currently on sale at SWATCH. And I found the price cheap, around 3,800+ php or $110. Hmmm... But I guess I'm too old for the very Avant-garde design.

I'm LVoeing this one up!

So Flash!

Am I too good for this watch?
