Phillip Lim | Spring 2011 | New York Fashion Week

Finally, New York Fashion week is running and I am stuck in the desert and instead of having a New York flight, I got Chicago.

Anyway, here are the runway photos of Phillip Lim's collection for Spring 2011.

Subtlety was the statement behind this season's show, where the models marched by in clothes that barely skimmed their skinny frames. The clothes—drifty tunics, tailored jackets hanging off the shoulders, sheer belted jackets in solid shades of white, beige, and peach—were offset by silk scarves that hung like tails as each guy turned the corner. A deftly surprising touch in a quiet, ghostly, arresting show.

The Future Of Coach | Economy Travel

It's awful really! I think if this will happen, people will go back to walking or talking ships or boats or just plain road travel. What do you think?

But with what is happening to world's economy, of course airline companies need to look for alternative ways to earn and cut costs right? With fuels sky rocketing and wages and benefits continue to soar, what else to do but to sacrifice comfort for the company to survive.

This is the proposal of Italian makers, SkyRider, which will unveil next week at the Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas Conference in Long Beach. This is intended to be the new seating for the budget class (below coach | economy ) and airliners will definitely be interested. With only 23 inches leg room, the future of aviation, sucks!

Will you fly on this kind of seat configuration but with low cost airfare? Hmm!

Vogue Hommes Japan | September 2010 Issue

I always see Japan Mens fashion as extremely eccentric and out of this world, I guess they are more fashion forward than any other planet in the Universe, so I know. So here are some example of what the Japanese metrosexual would wear as photographer Miguel Reveriego teams up with stylist Shun Watanabe to shoot “The Modern Standard” with models Aiden Andrews, AJ Abualrub, Danny Arter, Jules Hamilton, Marshall Brockley and Yuri Pleskun for the 5th issue of Vogue Hommes Japan.

Bill Reid | Spring | Summer 2011 Collection

Billy Reid unveils his 2011 Spring | Summer collection, fresh off his collaboration with Levi’s at New York Fashion Week. Channeling American workwear into the collection, inspiration was taken from the past in the form of double breasted tweed jackets, varsity sweaters, pleated trousers and doctor bags.
The color palette was neutral with cream, grey, brown and black rounding out the color story. Reid’s collections are consistent each season with his mixing of fabrics, attention to detail and creating garments that stand the line between being both tailored and casual.
